UnofficialBannerfold is an independent sponsorship kit. It is not the Garfield Heights City Schools boosters, the school district or the City of Garfield Heights, and it sells no sponsorships and takes no money.
Bannerfold

A sponsorship kit for volunteer-run teams and clubs

Sponsors, asked and thanked.

Plan the ask Track every yes Thank every sponsor

Bannerfold plans your sponsor tiers from the money you need, keeps every business you ask in one list, and shows exactly what you still owe each sponsor: the banner, the shout-out, the thank-you. Then it prints the packet, the certificates and the sponsor wall.

One drive, folded into three.

1

Plan the ask

Tell the Goal Planner what you need, how many businesses you can ask and how many usually say yes. It suggests a ladder: tier names, prices rounded to sensible steps, and how many of each to sell.

Goal Planner

2

Track every yes

Every business on one list: not asked, asked, said yes, paid or declined. Promised versus received, slots left in each tier, and a goal bar that tells you where the drive really stands.

3

Deliver and thank

Each tier promises something. Bannerfold keeps a Still owed list per sponsor until every banner is hung and every thank-you is sent, and prints certificates and a sponsor-wall poster.

Goal Planner · free

A $3,000 season, asked of 40 businesses.

If about 1 in 3 say yes, that is 13 sponsors. Spread across 4 tiers, full sell-through brings in $3,200. If only half of them come through, the cheapest tiers fill first and you raise $1,250: the planner shows that too, so nobody is surprised at the end of the season.

  1. 1Champion
    $375
    2 × $375 = $750
  2. 2All-Star
    $250
    3 × $250 = $750
  3. 3Starter
    $225
    4 × $225 = $900
  4. 4Friend of the Team
    $200
    4 × $200 = $800

Full sell-through $3,200 · goal $3,000 · about $246 per yes

The part most drives forget

What you still owe your sponsors.

A business that gave $250 was promised a fence banner, a shout-out and a certificate. Months later, nobody remembers which were done. Bannerfold lists every promised item that is not ticked yet, and you tick it off in one tap. Sponsors who feel thanked say yes again next season.

What Bannerfold does not do.

  • Touch money. Sponsors pay the team the way the team already takes money. Bannerfold only records what you type.
  • Contact anyone. It sends no email and calls no business. You do the asking; it keeps you organised.
  • Sell sponsorships. There is no marketplace and no sponsor directory. Your list is private to your link.
  • Hold anyone’s details. Business names only: no phone numbers, no email addresses, never a child’s name.
  • Make tax promises. Whether a sponsorship is deductible depends on your organisation. Ask it; the packet says so.
